Return Policy
At TomHill, we want every customer to enjoy a great shopping experience. Since our products contain natural ingredients and are crafted with care, once opened or used, we are unable to accept returns. This is to ensure all customers receive fresh and safe products.

Refund Policy
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or notice missing items, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we ask that you record a short unboxing video showing the product and packaging when you receive it.

You can email your videos and photos to support@tomhillluxury.com. Please include “Refund Request for Order #…” in the subject line to help us assist you faster.

If your package arrives damaged or looks tampered with, please refuse delivery from the courier.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within three days so we can assist. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable because they are paid directly to the courier.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within four to seven business days once approved.

Refund requests should be made within 24 hours of receiving your order and must include the necessary proof.

Once approved, refunds typically take up to 15 days to appear in your account.

We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide all relevant details once your refund has been initiated.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the tracking ID is generated, whichever is earlier.

Refunds for paid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 15 days after we confirm your cancellation.

Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. For prepaid orders that are returned to us, a handling fee of ₹50 will be deducted before processing your refund.
