Shipping policy

At TomHill, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Here's everything you need to know about how your orders are packed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping Timeframe
We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery may take:

3–7 business days for most metro and tier-1 cities

5–9 business days for tier-2 cities, towns, or remote areas

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances (like weather or courier delays).

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹50 nominal fee applies and will be clearly shown during checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking ID and courier details. You can use this to track your order in real-time.

Order Not Received?
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@tomhillluxury.com within 3 days so we can investigate and help you out.

Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc., to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Packaging
All TomHill products are securely packed with multiple protective layers to avoid breakage, leakage, or tampering during transit.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Remote Area Deliveries
In rare cases, some remote pin codes may have limited courier access. In such situations, delivery timelines may be extended, or we might contact you for an alternate address or payment method.
